These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Archonary (the "Service"), a Shopee seller management platform operated by Naderie ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Archonary is a software-as-a-service platform that helps Shopee sellers manage orders, inventory, marketing, and operations. The Service connects to your Shopee shop via Shopee Open Platform APIs and provides dashboards, automations, and reporting tools. Specific features may change over time as we improve the Service.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
The Service is provided on a paid subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees corresponding to your selected plan. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If we offer a free trial, your account will be downgraded to a free tier or suspended after the trial ends unless you subscribe to a paid plan. We reserve the right to modify or end free trials at any time.

You retain all rights to the data you upload, sync, or generate through the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We will not access your data except to provide the Service, troubleshoot issues, or comply with legal obligations. Our handling of Customer Data is described in our Privacy Policy.
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform scheduled maintenance, and unplanned downtime may occur. We are not liable for any disruption caused by Shopee's API outages, third-party service providers, or events outside our reasonable control.
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and documentation, is owned by Naderie and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your business, subject to these Terms. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Shopee, Stripe, email providers). We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or actions of those third parties. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or that any data displayed (including order, inventory, or marketing data from Shopee) will be accurate at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naderie's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost orders, or loss of data.
You agree to indemnify and hold Naderie harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your Customer Data, or your breach of these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or use the Service in a way that harms us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your access ends and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
